In the parking lot across from work so I decided to investigate. It was a Volvo 240 sedan that I owned a decade ago. Here's the story:
In my less responsible early 20s, I didn't have a license but I kept driving anyway. I bought this Volvo from a friend of mine for $600 and it needed a little work (brakes) but it ran well and was a solid car. I had it for about 3 months until I got caught driving it with no license and it was impounded by the county where I got pulled over.
Fast forward to yesterday and I saw that exact car. It still had the distinct dent in the trunk lid from where a tree fell on it, the Temple university Parking sticker, and the glue marks all over the passenger side mirror.
No sr20 because I left my phone inside.
But it was nearly identical to this one

Hmmm.... Volvo 240, 4 speed. Prom night car. Haven't thought about that in a while.
Then my dad rear ended a VW beetle at about 45 mph. Result? One engine moving into the passenger compartment getting all cozy with the driver and the other exiting out the back of the car. None of the 240's windows cracked, though the engine had basically been crapped out the back.
